Yuan Jiang is the founder of Yuan Jiang P.C. He holds New York, New Jersey and federal bar admissions and can represent clients in court in more than one state.
Yuan Jiang has broad legal experience, having handled immigration, criminal defense, civil litigation, contract, and trademark registration and protection matters. He previously worked at Morgan Stanley, one of the largest investment banks on Wall Street, and at Sotheby's, the world-renowned auction house. Out of his commitment to the Chinese community, he left a sought-after, well-paid Wall Street position to serve the Chinese community in Brooklyn, New York.
